Adult Bovine Plasma
Adult Bovine Plasma is used as meat protein supplement, primarily because of its water retention ability and excellent emulsifying capacity. The product is obtained by fractionation of bovine blood. The blood is collected and processed under strict hygienic conditions. Adult Bovine Plasma is subjected to a dehydration process in a Spray-Dryer, which ensures the preservation of the functional properties of the protein.

Adult Bovine Hemoglobin*
Can be used as fortification of Pet Food. This product should not be used for feeding ruminants, as it is a preventive measure against transmissible spongiform encephalopathy diseases (TSE).
*Hemoglobin is the product obtained after centrifugation of the blood, it is collected and processed under strict hygienic conditions. Hemoglobin is subjected to a dehydration process in a Spray-Dryer, which ensures the preservation of the functional properties of the protein.
